Our Brand Heritage

Our Origins

Our automotive legacy dates back to 1993, founded by CHEN X.L. as Haowang Automotive Instrument Factory. We are located in Tangxia, Ruian, a globally renowned hub for automotive and motorcycle component manufacturing.

Early production focused on precision dashboard gauges and instrument clusters for farm utility vehicles, building a long-standing reputation for accurate engineering and strict quality control.

Our Origins
21st Century

Generational Succession

Entering the 21st century, the family business was passed down to CHEN X.L.’s son, CHEN B. Under his leadership, we expanded into premium windshield wiper blades that fit all major global vehicle platforms, including American, Japanese and German models.

Later, CHEN B.’s cousins ZHENG Z.Q. and LI R.Q. joined the family operation, bringing deep expertise in R&D and international collaboration to strengthen our core capabilities.

Together, the family team upgraded our traditional manufacturing model into a fully integrated business combining independent R&D and mass production. It was at this pivotal stage that Valtecs was officially launched.

The name Valtecs is derived from Value Technology for Autos, representing our commitment to harnessing the full power of technology and ongoing research & development.
